EMBBS Megacode Simulators - ACLS and PALS scenarios, although not updated since 1996, nice graphical interface
ACLSnet - ACLS based scenarios by a Medical Student and former Critical Care Nurse. PALS scenarios coming in the summer or fall.
One Person CPR Scenarios - very basic, but nicely done, and were really what convinced us that we could make these too.
Trauma Moulage at Trauma.org - some very good scenarios with excellent design, also can be very funny.
The Interactive Patient - developed by Chris Lehman when he was a Pediatric Resident at Marshall University in West Virginia. Uses Java programming to interpret text questions typed in by you the visitor. Winner of multiple awards. (Chris is the sample patient in the pictures)
Short Rounds - from Stanford. Only one pediatric case, not quite so interactive, but still in development.
