Shock Scenario - 4 month old with Diarrhea and Vomiting

History

ST is a 4 month old male, previously healthy, who presents to your clinic because of a three day history of diarrhea. Mom and Dad brought him in today because this morning he started to vomit his feeds (breast milk alternating with formula). He is in daycare, and has two older siblings at home. Dad reports there has been diarrhea in other kids at daycare. Mom and Dad are particularly concerned that ST has seemed more sleepy this morning.
