Judith Eckerle Kang, M.D.

Judy Kang

Judith Eckerle Kang, M.D., is a recipient of a post-doctoral research fellowship through the Center For Neurobehavioral Development. She completed her residency in pediatrics at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY.

Dr. Kang has previous experience and expertise in international adoption medicine; she has been trained previously with Drs. Jane Aronson, Ronald Federici and Patrick Mason. Her research interest is in determining the factors that can predict decreased cognitive or psychological functioning in international adoptees. In addition to her research and clinic responsibilities, Dr. Kang participates in resident education. She was adopted from South Korea when she was five months old.
