| Make 1 package of Prono Low Protein Gelled
Dessert Mix according to directions. Let set overnight. Next day beat on
high 1 8 oz package of Rich's Rich Whip until peaks form on top. Add to
gelled dessert and freeze. Tastes like ice cream!

| Macaroni and Cheese | ||
| 2 Boxes Fusilli Pasta 100 Phe
1 Can Campbell's Cheddar Soup 591 Phe 1 16 oz package mocha mix 64 Phe 40 oz Med. diet cheese powder 128 Phe 1 Cup water
Total Phe = 883 100 gm = 42 Phe
Cook pasta according to directions. Mix soup, mocha mix, powder cheese and water Cook until hot. Mix into pasta. Freeze in meal size portions. |

| Cream Filling for Cupcakes | ||
| 1 8 oz package Liquid Rich Whip
3 Tablespoons cornstarch Cook and stir until thickened. Cool until room temperature. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup shortening 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
Beat on high with mixer. Fill cupcakes using a cake decorating kit. Total Phe = 0 One good cupcake recipe is on page 379 of Schuett's Low Protein Cookery for PKU, 2nd Edition. |
